3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:

• STOP – Stop receiving messages.
• START – Resume receiving messages.
• HELP – Receive assistance.

After sending STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you later send START.

5. Appropriate Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unlawful or abusive content.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Availability is not guaranteed, and the Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
